Had a great lunch at Manna Vegetarian Deli in downtown Cincinnati. (map)

I had the mock spareribs - basically vegan junkfood. May have even been off the grocery store shelf, though I think the sauce was different. I’m not normally a huge fan of boxed, frozen, faux-meat vegan food (though I eat my share of it - convenience and all) but it was what sounded good.

They had lots of actually health food too. I also tried the vegan seven-layer bar for desert - very good.

Well worth a trip if you’re in the Cincinnati area!
