Nouvelle Vague on World Cafe

If you haven’t heard Nouvelle Vague you should definitely check it out.
Their latest album, Bande à Part, is due out June 12th. On that album, they cover (among others) New Order’s “Blue Monday.” While I like all of their work, I have to say with that one in particular I found myself singing the New Order version even while listening to theirs - too well imprinted in my brain.
Nouvelle vague are amazing. Their cover of “love will tear us apart” is better that the other 48 covers from the same song floating out there.
